Terms of participation
In the case the registration fee is not payed by the attendee within 14 days since the organizers' registration confirmation and this fact remains unaddressed in any communication, such registration will become void automatically.
The Early Bird Price is only valid if the registration is successfully carried out before 23:59 on 31.5.2026..
Discount offers may modify the registration fees listed above.
Registration in a couple (leader/follower) is encouraged, but not mandatory. The couple registration price is only applicable if fully paid by both participants.
The organizers reserve the right to pause the individual registrations in order to mantain a healthy role balance.
The registration fee includes admission to the milongas and refreshments throughout the event (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Refreshments include Friday dinner buffet and midnight snack; Saturday lunch, afternoon snack, dinner buffet; midnight snack and Sunday brunch buffet (coffee and tea included only on Sunday). Still water is also included throughout the event.
Event fee does not include: travel and accommodation costs. Accommodation arrangements should be made directly with the selected hotel.
If you are not able to participate in the event, it is possible to transfer your registration to someone else in the same role (leader/follower). Please notify us immediately of any changes to your registration.
Your personal information (first and last name, e-mail address) will be used only for processing of the registration and e-mail communication related to the Teplitz Tango Treat event and without participant’s consent won’t be provided to 3rd parties.
