In the case the registration fee is not payed by the attendee within 14 days since the organizers' registration confirmation and this fact remains unaddressed in any communication, such registration will become void automatically.

The Early Bird Price is only valid if the registration is successfully carried out before 23:59 on 31/5 2024.

Discount offers may modify the registration fees listed above.

Registration in a couple (leader/follower) is encouraged, but not mandatory. The couple registration price is only applicable if fully paid by both participants.

The organizers reserve the right to pause the individual registrations in order to mantain a healthy role balance.

Event fee includes (based on the selected package – weekend/Friday/Saturday/Sunday) entrance to milongas and catering. The catering includes Friday buffet dinner and evening snacks; Saturday buffet lunch, afternoon snacks, and Saturday buffet dinner, Sunday buffet brunch (with coffee and tea). Additionally, the price includes still water during the whole event.

Event fee does not include: travel and accommodation costs. Accommodation arrangements should be made directly with the selected hotel.

If you are not able to participate in the event, it is possible to transfer your registration to someone else in the same role (leader/follower). Please notify us immediately of any changes to your registration.
